SSL OR TLS ENCRYPTION
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as site operator. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus exclusively based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

This website uses Brevo for sending newsletters. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
Brevo is a service that can be used to organize and analyze the dispatch of newsletters, among other things. The data you enter to subscribe to the newsletter is stored on the servers of Brevo in Germany.
If you do not want to receive analysis from Brevo, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose we provide a link in every newsletter message. You can also unsubscribe directly on the website.
Data analysis by Brevo
With the help of Brevo we are able to analyze our newsletter campaigns. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on, if any. In this way we can determine which links were clicked on particularly often.
In addition, we can see whether certain previously defined actions were carried out after opening/clicking (conversion rate). For example, we can see whether you have made a purchase after clicking on the newsletter.
Brevo also allows us to subdivide the newsletter recipients by different categories (“clustering”). Thereby the newsletter recipients can be divided e.g. by age, gender or place of residence. In this way the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups.
Detailed information about the features of Brevo can be found in the following link: Brevo Features
The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. The legality of the data processing operations already performed remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of Brevo after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that has been stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the member area) remains unaffected.
